二、產(chǎn)品途
1、鋁絞線適用于受力不大，檔距較小的一般配電線路。
2、鋼芯鋁絞線具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、架設(shè)與維護方便、傳輸容量大、又利于跨越江河和山谷等特殊地理條件的數(shù)設(shè)等特點，因此該產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于各種電壓級的架空輸配電線路中。
3、防腐型鋼芯鋁絞線具有較好的防腐性能，適用于沿海咸水湖、含鹽質(zhì)砂土區(qū)及工業(yè)區(qū)等的高壓、超高壓及一般輸配電線路。
本公司可根據(jù)用戶對導(dǎo)線不同防腐等級的需要，在鋼芯鋁絞線的任意指定均勻涂敷防腐涂料，生產(chǎn)防腐型鋼芯鋁絞線。

 

三、產(chǎn)品標準
本產(chǎn)品可按GB 1179－83《鋁絞線及鋼鋁芯絞線》及GB/T-1179-1999《圓線同心絞架空導(dǎo)線》標準組織生產(chǎn)。同時還可以根據(jù)用戶需求按國際電工委員會推薦標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產(chǎn)。

1. Aluminum-twisted is suitable for the common overhead power lines with the smaller distance and less force.
2.Aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith has such characters as simple structure, convenient to set up and maintain, lower cost, large transmitting volume, suitable for those special geographic conditions like astride the river or valley. Thus it is grandly used in sorts of overhead power lines of different voltages.
3.Antiriot aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith bears the better antiriot features, suitable for those high, extra high voltage and common power lines set up over those coastal saltwater lakes, salt sand areas and industrial districts.
4. On the production of the aluminum-twisted with steel rush pith, we can fairly well-distribute the antiriot materials into the gaps between any two appointed levels on the customer’s request on different antiriot grades.

 

Standards
According to the GB 1179-83 and GB/T 1179-1999.
At the same time, we can produce by the standard IEC、the standard of England, Germany and USA recommended by the international power committee on different requests.
